I have been studying exercise, training, and rehab for 8 years now. I have worked as a personal trainer, and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy in an orthopedic clinic. I enjoy running, hiking, yoga, and lifting.
I danced throughout grade school and into college, taking drop-in classes in NYC and joining club teams. I competed nationally and internationally on top-ranked competitive dance teams, as a dancer, choreographer, and coach.
