Now that the megapixel wars are over and film camera prices have plummeted, many photographers are looking to get back to the classic look of film, and the slow, deliberate method of taking just a few shots per session.
This workshop is for fine art photographers that grew up in the digital world and want to explore conventional film in a studio setting. Optional One-on-One sessions include a roll of 120 film (about 15 exposures), processing, scanning, and mailing negatives to your door. Additional rolls of film and processing are available for purchase prior to the workshop.
Join us for a special monthly lighting workshop. In this workshop, we employ a specific type of lighting - blacklight - and use neon props and paints to bring out a unique image.
Instruction on equipment and technique are followed by an opportunity to work one-on-one with the models using our equipment, studios, and expert help.
